  12. It's not simple., Lol
I will paint my feature wall in master, media and family. I don't have a huge plan on my flooring, I have carpet n tile package, so I have a very basic flooring, first home buyer/builder tight budget. Everything I went to basic option. No ducted/no stone bench top

  13. Ur lucky to b building a new home at ur age,,,this is our 4th home, so we splurged a little bit,,,,although with the sonoma, most of the nice things were standard, lever door handles, niches in the showers, stone bench tops,,,ducted was thrown in, ,,deal at the time of buying,,,,so expensive getting ducted done after,,more work involved,,,ur home will look beautiful,,,every thing is what u chose,,,tailored made lol

  15. Yeah, we,re doing our own land scaping,,not looking forward to retaining walls,,our land came with a $8,000 landscaping package,,so that will pay for plants, rocks, trees,,have budgeted about $29,000 for fencing, retaining, extra concrete, driveway, pagola,,hopefully that should b enough ,,,
