Painting completed
Went to site this arvo,,painting all done,,i think they might b back tomorrow to put another top coat on front door and clean up,,we got some feature walls done also,,cashy,,i tried to match as close to the kitchen as possible,glad they did it,,my painting skills are zero ,,or as my husband saids im bodgey lol,,,tilers are due back tomorrow to finish the vanity tiles,,or thats what they said,,,we will see,,here r todays pics

Thankyou,,yeah im glad we decided last minute to get them to do it,,much better job than i could have done,,,,we got 5 walls done in the brown and 1 wall done in lemon ( grandkids room ) including them supplying the paint it was $500, worth every penny,,saves me having to do it after hand over,,one less thing to b done lol,,hows ur tiling going,,carpets on monday,,,not long till ur in,,,,,r u guys getting excited..?
ReplyDeleteGreat deal, wondering how come yours done so quick. Tiling still laying, not grouted yet. Need one or two days for install tiles then grouting. Don't know when carpets starts. Slow slow slow.... Excitement 10%, frustration 90% lol..
ReplyDeleteIt would have to b monday,,u r running out of days lol,,has the silicone man come back yet to do the bathrooms? What day have u booked for ur bank to do an inspection?
ReplyDeleteHow can you say carpets on monday!! alots of work still pending.No silicone, No final invoice received. Bank told us they need final invoice for book in site inspection. Iam totaly hate unnecessary delays. Everywhere slow Invoice shortage..lol, I conform we won't get key on friday, After you moved in we may get our key.
ReplyDeleteActually kim rang this arvo,,she is having trouble with her emails,,she told us what the final invoice amount is,she said she will keep trying to send,,but she will mail it to us as well,,she said she a a few to do today,,no doubt u would have been one of them,,,does she normally email or snail mail yours?
ReplyDeleteI rang KIM at 4pm, she told me still waiting for final invoice. I called twice finance dept. they say preparing final documents. i hope get in tomorrow. Usually kim emailed me invoice.

No she's having problems. ...I will ring on Monday and book inspection for Thursday. .I just hope they've done enough for the bank to release final cheque
