gutters and fascias
The gutters and fascias arrived on the morning of the 23 rd and were put up the same morning. The bricks arrived the day before the 22nd they also started laying them the same day as the guttering. ..oh the Windows arrived on the Friday morning and were installed the same morning,,,we didnt even get a chance to see them before they were installed.

ReplyDeletei think thats probably why i liked yours so much lol,,,yes its the provence,,unfortunately the most expensive as well,,if u look on the allworth website u can see it there under the sonoma, ,,the price was an extra $10,000,,but hopefully worth it in the end

My entry door side panel is translucent glass, its looks blueish

facade is portico elevation, its a promo facade no cost.

ReplyDeleteI mean my entry door panel is translucent, not abscured glass. mine portico facade, at free of cost.
ReplyDeletemy gutter colour is Ironstone, same as your roof. Its looks bluish when on sunlight.
Did ur promo come with ducted air conditioning,,,,or r u putting it in later

ReplyDeleteThe harmony is definately value for money,,,we might have gone that one,,but hubby wanted the main bedroom at the rear of the house,we,ve put a sliding door off our bedroom leading out to the el fresco area,,,,r u guys having tiles in living area?

ReplyDeleteI dont think some work will be progress tmro, No material delivered for insulation. So i have no idea when they starts next work..
The service I received from Fascias and soffits was excellent from my first contact to completion of the work. Simon explained the whole process carefully and was not at all pushing and his quote was very favorable. The two installers James and Justin worked very hard during probable the 2 hottest days of the year.
