  1. Hi Ann,
It looks simply awesome. Looks like you will be spending most of your time here.

  2. Thankyou,,,cant wait to take our final pics the end of next week, cause that means we are all finished with landscaping, interior designing, and every thing else that goes with a new build,,,a bit sad, but it will be nice to have our weekends back to doing nothing, just enjoying it all :-)

  3. We wont have that much of space at the backyard. But do you think we can extend our flooring (.5 metres three sides) in Alfresco, so it looks a bit big and will be cover under the eaves?

  4. U can do anything u like, as long as u pay for it,,is ur floor included under ur elfresco, or r u doing it after handover? if u have the access to the rear, just get it done when the driveway is going in,,,1/2 a metre mighten sound that much, but it will give u feel of more space out there,,good luck,,,when r they starting ur build? Or have they already started?

  5. Thanks Ann. I am thinking to get the flooring done with the driveway later and add half a metre to have the broad feeling.

Unfortunately our land has not released yet. It is delayed around 3 months. Developer has filed the land titles yesterday and we might get it by first week of December. So construction might start Mar or April next year.
I will also get concerete at one side of the house. I like your idea of the pebbles, but I am not good for DYIs.

  6. Ann the pool and outdoor area look so amazing! You have done a fantastic job. It makes me want a pool now! Our backyard has kind of been on hold while we decide what to do next. We we can't decide between a spa or a pool. Can't wait to see the shots with landscaping around the pool :)
