We have eaves

went to sight this arvo,,the eaves are done and the inside of the house has been tidied, and we have our fittings for our pocket doors installed  in master bed room,,here r todays pics

Bricks all clean

bricks  came up nice,,will look even better when portico bagged and painted,,,,i hope,,eaves and internal doors and some kind of wood work left today,,,eaves may go up tomorrow,,,fingers crissed,,,today pics

we have a roof

yesterday the brickies finished up,,today the roofers were there , will finish up tomorrow morning,,these guys certainly work quickly,,getting an idea of how it will look at the end, it felt weird walking in with the roof on for the first time,here r todays pics

Roof Completed

roof finished,,whirlys in,insulation in roof,safety barrier gone,,yay,,i spoke to the ss today,its all happening next week. Monday -eaves , Tuesday - plumbing ,Wednesday -electrics and bricks cleaned,Thursday -ducted a/c , Friday -site clean up,Monday -insulation,,then have to wait for gyp rockers,,cant complain about progress,,very happy with the way its looking, cant wait for the front to b rendered,,here r todays pics

gutters and fascias

The gutters and fascias arrived on the morning of the 23 rd and were put up the same morning. The bricks arrived the day before the 22nd they also started laying them the same day as the guttering. ..oh the Windows arrived on the Friday morning and were installed the same morning,,,we didnt even get a chance to see them before they were installed.

Bricking continues

brickies continue today,had a chat ,they will b finished tomorrow,,weather permitting,,really only alot of finishing off bits to do,,,but they will b down to 2 guys,so hopefully they have good weather,,on another note the roofers should b here thursday to finish what they started on monday,here r todays pics

Day 6 bricks

went to site this arvo,,the roofers turned up this morning to start, but apparently roofers and brickies dont mix,,not safe,so roofers gone to start another job,,bumma,but on the bright side bricking is coming along , but the weather for the next couple of days isnt good, hard to believe looking out side at the moment,,,so with a lot of luck, we might have a roof on by the weekend,here r todays pics,,elfresco all finished now ,looks great,,we will also b extending the elfresco by another 2.2 mtrs all the way round it,,so no back yard for us,,just the way i like it,,less mowing for me :
